It is the largest privately held spirits company, with a portfolio of more than 200 brands and labels, including BACARDI rum, GREY GOOSE vodka, PATRON® tequila, MARTINI® vermouths, and many others. The Finance Manager will support Bacardi's Global Finance team at our Bermuda headquarters. This role is central to the monthly consolidation process, sales and cost of sales (COS) reporting, and financial statement preparation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, international business environment. They will also serve as a key representative of the Controller's organization, collaborating with leaders across markets and functions to build community, uphold financial excellence, and support a high-performance culture. Job Responsibilities include: Monthly Consolidation & Internal Reporting Assist in the monthly consolidation process and management reporting, with a specific focus on Sales and Cost of Sales (COS) data, including gross margin analysis Oversee the COS and Inventory intercompany elimination process Review COS variances and inventory analysis Record and/or review consolidation journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reports for Group Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee Financial Statements & Narrative Reporting Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with Group accounting policies and U.S. GAAP Contribute to narrative included within Management's Discussion and Analysis for regional and brand performance Controls & Compliance Ensure SOX compliance including documentation of internal controls and implementation of new controls Liaise with internal/external auditors and the Company's SOX compliance team as needed System & Process Improvements Identify, develop, and implement improvements to consolidated management reporting systems and processes Ensure the completion and performance of special projects as requested Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience A university or college degree majoring in Accounting or Finance At least 4+ years of post-qualification experience in financial and/or management accounting Strong analytic skills: able to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results Strong communication and organizational skills Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience preparing or reviewing accounting memorandums. Experience consolidating multi-national, multi-currency groups under U.S. GAAP (preferred but not required) Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reporting requirements (preferred) Familiarity with SAP, IBM Cognos, and Workiva software (preferred) Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is a plus

Requirements

A university or college degree majoring in Accounting or Finance At least 4+ years of post-qualification experience in financial and/or management accounting Strong analytic skills: able to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results Strong communication and organizational skills Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience preparing or reviewing accounting memorandums.
