Procurement Clerk

Are you experienced in procurement and looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy working with international suppliers and keeping supply chains moving smoothly? Are you confident managing purchase orders and ensuring everything arrives on time? If so, we have the role for you. Our client is looking for a Procurement Clerk to join their team on an 8-month temporary basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Overseas sourcing and ordering of materials, evaluating cost, quality, and reliability • Preparing and managing purchase orders and vendor invoices • Expediting and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery • Reviewing and processing shipment documentation • Costing and recording materials in internal systems (Excel & Bluegrass) • Liaising with internal departments to provide updates and coordinate logistics • Supporting with inventory tasks as required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role • Strong organisational and communication skills • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Bluegrass an advantage
