Operations Assistant

On behalf of our client, Private Jet Club (PJC), is looking to hire an Operations Assistant that will help support CEO in the company's growth. The role is internally operations focused with additional responsibilities for external communications. Duties and responsibilities will include: Scope: support CEO on day-to-day operations, flight service, sales, marketing and events Operations: assist CEO on management of daily operations, ensuring brand and membership experience is on-brand; seek and pursue opportunities for continual revenue and profit growth Flight service: support CEO in managing full flight service, including: sending and responding to enquiries, communication with members and flight operators; gathering and communicating flight quotes through to contract; collecting and sending out all relevant travel document; ensuring member's flight experience is seamless Sales and relationships: support, draw up and send out of new member led communications via email and LinkedIn; support onboarding new members, sending emails to facilitate collecting of required information and updating company portal; help ensure customer relationship management (CRM) system is kept up-to-date Marketing: help collect and post content for website and social media channels Events: support organization of membership events including: planning annual events calendar; finding venues, catering and entertainment providers; emailing invites and managing RSVPS and supporting hosting of events Applicants will ideally possess the following: • Experience within the private aviation industry • Experience working for an international company • Experience working with HNWI clients Experience communicating and supporting C-Suite • 2-3 years of operations experience • Experience with marketing and sales • Experience with CRM systems • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to multitask • Ability to self-motivate and work independently PJC's flights run 7 days a week so candidates are expected to: • Be flexible to meet business demands, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
