Service Manager

The main duties of this position are: • Complete management of the mechanical department staff, and facilities. • Communicate with distributors on technical issues. • Scheduling workflow via the mechanical shop with emphasis on productivity and profitability. • Full understanding of manufacture warranty and submission • Be responsible for creating and achieving the department budget • Liaison with all other department managers to ensure smooth operations of service. • Manage CRM with a view to improving and strengthen customer relation. • Manage to BML apprenticeship training with emphasis on training qualified Bermudians. • Liaise and work with the sales department. • Review department procedures and policy for improvement. • Asses department operational needs and planning.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements: • University/College degree in business is preferred • Have 3 - 5 years of experience as a Service manager within a major distributorship is preferred. Experience in Microsoft suite products and Document Management (DMS) system. • Be able to train and motivate staff is essential. • Have elevated customer service skills. • Possess excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills.
