Practice Manager

The successful candidate must be an experienced Medical Practice Manager with a minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience. Responsibilities will include: the management of staff, the day-to-day and overall operations of two (2) busy medical practices as well as administration of business development. Must possess proven leadership and team building abilities, along with proven experience in the following areas: Knowledge of the business of medicine and understanding of modern management theories. Possess excellent writing skills. All aspects of Human Resources including hiring, dismissing and disciplining staff, performance appraisals, contract development and employee benefits management. Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Medisoft or Cerner.
