Senior Occupational Therapist

Apex Allied Health Ltd. is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in assessing and treating children and adults with various physical and cognitive conditions, using a multidisciplinary approach. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work autonomously with families in home and school settings and possess experience in assessing children with sensory processing disorder. In addition, the role requires evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at M-level Level 2 BAHT Hand Therapy and Functional Upper Limb Rehabilitation including postoperative protocols. The successful candidate must have either a Bachelors level degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, certification as an Occupational Therapist by a recognized professional governing body, and be registered with, or eligible for registration with the Council for Allied Health Professions in Bermuda. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, be proficient in Word, Excel, and EMR systems, and possess a solid understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding. Must possess good organizational skills and be able to work flexible hours as needed and a valid Bermuda Driver License is preferred.
