Accountant (part-time)

At Caring Hearts Bermuda, we are dedicated to helping seniors live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind in the place they call home. As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our financial operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities include managing payroll for part-time and full-time staff, overseeing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial records, handling compliance filings and ensuring regulatory requirements are met, processing healthcare insurance claims (HIP, FutureCare, GEHI, etc.), and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

An associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field experience is preferred. Proven experience in accounting, payroll, and compliance. Familiarity with Bermuda’s healthcare claims processes preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently with integrity and accuracy.
