BVS Limited (Bermuda Veterinary Services) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality veterinary medicine, client care, and operational standards. Key responsibilities include: Providing hands-on clinical and operational leadership. Actively supporting, mentoring, and training veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff. Driving excellence in medical standards, client communication, and service delivery. Managing veterinary practice operations, reception, compliance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified veterinary professional (MRCVS, RVN, or equivalent). Have at least 7 years' proven leadership and training experience in a veterinary clinical setting. Be client-focused, organized, and passionate about veterinary care.
