Live-in Caregiver/housekeeper

On behalf of our client, Ms. E. Pimentel as guardian of Mr. M. Pimentel, we seek a Live-in Caregiver/Housekeeper having at least 5 years of experience with senior care and/or with caregiving qualifications. The caregiver will take care of the personal needs of a senior citizen who suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Experience with both is required. Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Duties will include but are not limited to dispensing of medications as directed, bathing, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and accompanying to medical and social appointments. The caregiver will be required to work a flexible 40 to 45 hours per week and expected to work on late nights, weekends and holidays. Non-smoker female candidates who can live in will be favorably considered.

Requirements

Having at least 5 years of experience with senior care and/or with caregiving qualifications. Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease is required. Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
