Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives under pressure, takes pride in your work, and genuinely cares about animal welfare? As an integral member of our clinical team, you will work hand-in-hand with our veterinarians and nurses every day, playing a pivotal role in patient safety, seamless clinic operations, and the peace of mind of every client who walks through our doors. You’ll manage a busy, varied workload with confidence and precision — scheduling appointments, procedures, surgeries, and house calls; coordinating boarding, daycare, and grooming bookings; producing invoices, processing payments, and monitoring accounts. You will maintain meticulous medical records and use veterinary software (such as Avimark) to its full potential. You’ll be critical in recognizing and triaging urgent and emergency cases and ensuring every detail is accurately documented.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist in a busy clinic or hospital setting; confident experience with veterinary practice management software (e.g., Avimark); strong triage skills; exceptional organizational ability; warm, empathetic manner with clients; impeccable reliability.
