Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are looking for an organised and dynamic individual to provide support to Conyers' reception team by providing a friendly and welcoming experience for all internal and external clients and visitors. This is a part-time position working 25 hours a week from 9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a professional and welcoming manner. Process incoming courier mail and documents according to procedure. Assist with client functions and manage hospitality. Answer and transfer calls on the firm's switchboard. Ensure that all clients' and visitors' needs are met. Maintain constant communication as part of a two-building reception team. Maintain accurate/secure control of revenue stamps and logs and produce end of shift reports. Manage the meeting room booking system. Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access. May be required to walk between two buildings to manage receptionist duties. Assist with the presentation and upkeep of all client meeting rooms. Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator Experience in a high-quality, customer-focused/service environment Effective communicator, both written and oral Ability to prioritize client requests and deliver within agreed timescales. Full understanding of all Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) Previous experience using a room booking system is advantageous. Previous switchboard experience is advantageous. Flexibility to provide relief coverage outside of standard hours if needed.
