Inflight Catering Assistant

We're seeking robust and motivated individuals with a passion for service, strong organizational skills, and a positive can-do attitude for the following positions. Inflight Catering Assistant You'll play a key role in assembling snacks and drinks, loading and unloading catering carts, and supporting smooth in-flight service for flights between Bermuda and North America. Full-time and Part-Time positions are available. What You'll Do: Assemble and load inflight snacks and beverages to quality and hygiene standards Unload and clean used equipment and carts Support inventory and bar audits Monitor food temps, stock levels, and equipment functionality Work closely with operations and respond to crew feedback Perform service checks and attend catering team meetings Ensure all activities meet safety and security standards What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills and a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility and punctuality (early AM shifts required) Food handling or catering experience is a plus Class 3 License and Airfield Driving Permit desirable Must pass Airport security vetting, including Police check and 5-year work history Ground Support Coordinator You'll be one of the most visible and vital members of our airport operations team. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth flight departures, safety, and excellent customer service. You will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a proactive attitude, supporting various departments and colleagues across our flight network. What You'll Do: Oversee check-in process and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards Monitor and facilitate the safe, on-time departure of flights, maintaining high customer service levels Support ramp and airbridge operations to optimize flight handling, emphasizing safety and punctuality Maintain open communication with crew, check-in, gate, ramp, and operations teams Conduct briefings and provide immediate support to staff as needed Report safety, security, and operational incidents timely and accurately for follow-up What We're Looking For: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong customer service and safety focus Excellent communication skills-clear, confident, and honest Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and respond to schedule changes Experience with ramp operations, aircraft loading, and load-sheet handling is a plus Strong customer service and safety orientation Eligible for an airport restricted area pass; at least 5 years of consistent employment history Join Our Team If you are energetic, dedicated, and eager to help deliver Bermuda's authentic travel experience, we encourage you to apply.
