Barista

A barista’s role involves crafting various coffee drinks, following recipes for specialty drinks, preparing beverages like teas, greeting and engaging customers positively, handling customer concerns, maintaining equipment, processing transactions accurately, cleaning and organizing the bar area, restocking supplies, and following health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members during busy periods.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Minimum Age: 16 years old; Entry-Level Customer Service Experience; Key Skills include Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management and Multitasking, Basic Math Skills, and Physical Stamina; Previous Barista or Food Service Experience preferred but not always required; Knowledge of Coffee and Tea is a plus.
