The Locals Group of Companies is seeking an organized, enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual. The successful applicant will be required to assist in all aspects of guest service, ensuring total guest satisfaction with the ability to interact with our guests and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. Key Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining full comprehension of all menus, taking food & beverage orders, processing guest checks, performing routine side-work duties, and handling guest requests professionally. Minimum qualifications include two years of experience as a food & beverage server in fine dining, thorough knowledge of food terminology, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years experience as a food & beverage server in fine dining. Must have a thorough knowledge of food terminology and service techniques. Ability to work shift work and weekends when required.
