Under the general direction of the Ingredient Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the food stock based on departmental policies. Ensures proper receiving, handling and storage of all Dietary supplies. Maintains high standards of quality food production, through accurate handling of ingredients and supplies. Follows a high level of sanitation and safety practices. Works as a team member to provide high quality, safe, nutritional food service that meets the needs and expectations of our clients in a cost effective manner.

Requirements

High school graduate. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in all areas of large quantity food production. Developed sense of quality food products and awareness of the importance of safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Demonstrates good initiative and judgment.
