WAITER(RESS)/WINE STEWARD(ESS)

Tom Moore’s Tavern is seeking WAITER(RESS)/WINE STEWARD(ESS) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in silver service and flambé work and a solid knowledge of international cuisine. Candidates must have the ability to recommend and describe wine characteristics for better food pairing, as well as serving cocktails and handling and cleaning fine crystal. All positions involve shift work six days a week including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
