Locals Group of Companies is seeking applications for the position of Bartender for Lost in the Triangle Restaurant. Applicants will be required to prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant areas, should be able to interact with customers and be guest focused, take orders, assess customer needs and prepare cocktails/drinks according to recipe cards, will also when necessary make recommendations. Will be able to comply with all regulations including when needed to confirm that customers meet the legal drinking age. Must have excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks along with at least 2 years’ experience and be TIPS certified, or willing to become certified. Candidates who can also act as waitstaff will be highly considered.
