Our client, Archway Ltd., is seeking a seasoned and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, both in-office and on-site, with a general contractor in building construction. Key Responsibilities include proficiency in take-offs and estimates, contract negotiations, purchasing, managing field activities and field progress, change orders, shop drawings reviews, formulation of payment applications, final accounting, close-out procedures, and cost reporting.

Requirements

Master’s-level Project Management Certification and a minimum of 10 years’ construction project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. Occupational health and safety training. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and project management software. Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation, with a proven ability to manage large budgets and maintain tight cost controls. Experience implementing project governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards is an asset.
