Greenskeeper: Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate light motorized equipment, triplex mowers, and trucks on the golf course; performs related duties as needed for golf course maintenance. Silver Service Waitperson: This position provides dining room service in a manner most pleasing to private club members and their guests in accordance with Mid Ocean Club standards of hospitality. Chef De Partie: Under the general guidance and direction of the Executive Chef and within the limits of established policies, procedures and departmental standards manual, this position is responsible for participating in all activities within a busy first-class kitchen. Commis Chef: Assist the team with tasks related to meal preparation, maintenance, logistics and safety and sanitization. Prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings. Assist with presenting and plating meals during busy periods. Adhere to all cleaning & sanitization policies. Assess inventory and request resupply when necessary. Receive, deliver and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. HR Administrator & Executive Assistant: The Human Resources Administrator & Executive Assistant will support all HR activities as well as the General Manager (GM) by assisting with administrative responsibilities. HR duties include: administrative support, performance management, recruitment, recognition & rewards program, payroll & benefits, onboarding & separation, reporting, file management, supplies management, immigration, and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

Greenskeeper: 2 years' experience in a similar or related field; 3 years' landscaping experience will be considered; prior use of tri-plex, manual tee and fairway mowers; ability to top-dress greens and tees; working knowledge of irrigation systems; knowledge of gardening, fertilizers, and chemical usage. Silver Service Waitperson: 3 years' professional experience in a similar position in Silver Service dining; proven knowledge of various food service styles; High School Diploma; ServSafe certification and TIPS certificate would be an asset. Chef De Partie: 3 years' experience at the Chef de Partie level that covered Entremetiere/Saucier/Garde Manger sections of a busy first-class kitchen; knowledge of a la carte, table d'hôte, buffet and banquet catering is required. Commis Chef: Culinary Arts degree/certification would be an asset (course of study must have covered: garde manager, butcher, fish, pork, vegetables, soup sauces, introduction to pastry and sanitization).1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen required (including internship period). Ability to interact effectively with vendors, members/guests and employees at multiple levels. Highly developed verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills HR Administrator & Executive Assistant: 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related office management position. High school diploma required, with Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field an asset. Good people management, and written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in using the Microsoft office suite of products.
