Senior Liquidations Administrator

As a Senior Liquidations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the administration of company liquidation. Reporting to the Liquidations Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, and will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the department. What Will You Do Gather and review of required documents, liaising with clients, the Registrar of Companies, and local and overseas banks to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate administration and local company legislation, ensuring all activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Act as a liaison with in-house lawyers, managers, external clients, and regulatory bodies, handling complex queries and issues as they arise. Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements, policy enhancements, and service innovations to improve efficiency and client experience. Ensure absolute data integrity and attention to detail in all activities, maximizing the use of internal systems to drive efficiency and service quality. Assist with overseeing the settlement of liabilities and distribution of assets, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactions. Review standardized corporate documents and general correspondence prior to finalization. Monitor and manage all associated deadlines, including advertising and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance and timely completion. Maintain and review company files and books throughout the liquidation process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. Prepare Liquidator's cashbook and receipts and payments account. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management. What You'll Need At least five years' experience in a demanding administration role, with a minimum of two years in a senior capacity. Experience in Liquidations or Corporate Services preferred. Basic accounting knowledge, including the review of financial statements and the preparation of balance sheets. Experience and knowledge of local company legislation and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and decision-making making skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff. Excellent client service skills and the ability to interface effectively with clients, managers, and regulatory bodies. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience liaising with the general registrar and regulatory bodies is highly desirable
