Clarence George is working with a prestigious Bermudian Reinsurer who are looking to hire into their Pricing team. This hire will play an integral role in supporting the development and growth of prospective flow and reinsurance transactions from a pricing, structuring and execution perspective. The role requires a Qualified Actuary with 8+ years relevant experience, deal or transaction/execution experience across insurance PRT, Reinsurance or M&A. Pricing experience in an asset-intensive context would be highly desirable. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of Solvency II or equivalent, along with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with non-technical audiences. Leadership or managerial experience would be beneficial as well.

Requirements

Qualified Actuary with 8+ years relevant experience; Deal or transaction/execution experience across insurance PRT, Reinsurance or M&A; Pricing experience in an asset-intensive context; Strong understanding of Solvency II or equivalent; Strong communication skills; Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; Previous Asian market experience desirable.
