Senior Integrative Therapist & Clinical Programme Manager to lead and develop Adult and Child Mental Health Services including Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Sexual Intimacy and Performance Health programmes. Duties include: Provision of clinical services to individuals, couples, families and groups; clinical oversight of assessment pathways and complex referrals; programme development; supervision and service coordination; community liaison and presentations; preparation of statistical reports to support funding renewals and organizational strategic planning. Flexible hours required, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Qualifications & Experience Required: Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related mental health discipline; advanced training in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Sex Therapy/Sexology; training in Couples and/or Family Therapy; extensive experience working across the lifespan with severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders and trauma; experience in programme development, funding proposals and statistical reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Records. Integrative Therapist. To work across our Adult and Child Mental Health, and Sexual Intimacy and Performance Health programmes. Required: Master's/Doctorate in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related field; training in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Sex Therapy/Sexology, and Couples and/or Family Therapy; strong experience with severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders and trauma. Programme development/funding experience preferred. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings
