Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to, Preparing and baking an assortment of breads, baked goods and pastries. Keeping all work stations clean. Menu and recipe design. The successful applicant must, Have at least 5 years experience in a similar position and experience in highly decorating baked goods, making wedding cakes, cookies and the like. Be knowledgable and have a passion for the chemical make up of produce and ingredients. Follow instructions, complete tasks and work efficiently. Often unsupervised. Be available to work very early morning baker’s hours. These jobs are for people wishing for long term employment. Each job entails Working 6 days a week, including some shift work, weekends, and public holidays. Chosen applicants must, Be willing to work in a fast paced, busy environment as part of a busy team. Be polite, friendly, professional and interact well with the customers. Be physically fit enough to be on their feet for long periods of time. Lifting required at times. Be trustworthy, honest and show up to work when expected and on time. EXCELLENT HYGINE AND APPEARANCE IS A MUST.
