Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient table service to guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role includes greeting and seating guests, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. The Server plays a key role in representing our standards of hospitality, contributing to positive guest experiences, and supporting smooth daily operations of the dining room.Key Responsibilities:Prepare tables and dining areas for daily service, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly setGreet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and engaging dining experienceTake and manage reservations in person, by phone, or online as requiredDemonstrate thorough menu knowledge and confidently recommend food and beverage selections and pairingsAccurately take guest orders and input them into the point-of-sale system, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are notedServe food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and qualityProvide attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience, anticipating and responding to guest needsProcess customer checks and payments accurately, promptly, and in accordance with company proceduresBus and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flowCollaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations in compliance with health and safety standardsPerform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
