Tomorrow's Voices is looking for a Professional Senior Verbal Behavior Therapist with Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior experience to design programmes and provide therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism disorders and/or other developmental disabilities as well as supervise and mentor staff. The Senior Therapist must be able to design and implement behavioral strategies with the children and their families within the home, community and school environments. Clinical competence in behavior therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, and family therapy is required. This is an in-person role based at our clinical Centre with scheduling that may result in in-home, in-community or in-school services.

Requirements

Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, behavioral psychology, special education or equivalent. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. Knowledge of the research and literature on the causes, correlates, and treatments of Autism and disorders under the Autism Spectrum. Hands-on experience working with individuals using Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior. Previous experience using the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP assessment tools. A minimum of 3 years of prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Developmental Disabilities using ABA/VB. At least 2 years prior hands-on experience using B. F. Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior. A minimum of 2 years commitment is required for this position.
