The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the aspects of Commercial and Residential Cleaning and Janitorial Services including the techniques of all types of cleaning, to include, but not limited to, heavy duty cleaning in the use of equipment and chemicals for washing, polishing, and steam cleaning of floors and carpets, office system cleaning, kitchens and restroom cleaning, waste removal, washing walls and windows, hard surface floor cleaning, shampooing rugs, pot washing, and associated maintenance. Property maintenance work may include painting, repairs, installing doors and windows, lifting heavy items & furniture, hanging picture frames, mold abatement, power washing, masonry, carpentry, landscaping (removing weeds, and sweeping leaves and foliage) etc. Must have knowledge and experience with cleaning chemicals and supplies safely. Applicants must be experienced in operating heavy commercial steam cleaning equipment and hold a valid intermediate driving license or be willing to obtain. Must work well under pressure, maintain hygienic work environments, handle hazardous chemicals, and demonstrate attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Commercial and Residential Cleaning. Knowledge and previous work experience with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and materials safely. Experience in operating heavy commercial steam cleaning equipment. Must have a valid intermediate driving license or be willing to obtain one. Must hold a clean police clearance certificate and be able to work island wide. Must have attention to detail, solid work ethic, and be an exceptional timekeeper.
