Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years professional landscaping experience, fully supported by at least 2 professional references of like firms, have a good working knowledge of sub-tropical flora Competent use of operating mowers, trimmers, chain saws and other landscaping equipment and the application of herbicides, fertilizers, and pesticides using safe techniques are required. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing landscaping activities to maintain a safe working environment. Work diligently to deliver high-quality landscaping results that align with the company's standards and exceed customer expectations. Fitness: Maintain a good level of physical fitness and have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Job Performance: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every project is expected. Must be punctual, reliable and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when needed. Team player. Able to work well in a team environment and take direction from the project manager and senior team members.Salary
