Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics is required. Qualified Fellow of a globally recognized actuarial organization (IFoA, FCAS or similar) is required. 8+ years' actuarial work experience within the (re)insurance industry, with a proven track record of leading reserving exercises across large, complex long-tail and short-tail portfolios. Advanced proficiency in actuarial modelling platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead reserving exercises across large, complex long-tail and short-tail portfolios. Previous experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards. Proven leadership in developing actuarial technology products, assessing technology utilization and driving innovation. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. Team oriented with a collaborative approach to problem solving. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with an enthusiasm to develop knowledge and expertise in a wide range of fields.
