Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the company’s quarterly actuarial Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) reporting. • Act as the EBS subject matter expert and present and explain financial results to internal and external stakeholders. • Establish effective processes for managing quarterly inforce and onboarding new treaties. • Execute controls to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. • Assist in the creation of effective ALM strategies. • Help craft responses to BMA requests related to EBS calculation. • Coordinate with the MG ALFA modeling team to maximize effectiveness of the company’s corporate model. • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Qualified Actuary with 10+ years of life insurance/reinsurance experience. • 3+ years working with Bermuda regulatory reporting. • Established track-record of managing a reporting process on an IFRS GAAP/EBS or other reporting basis. • Ability to explain information and data to a variety of audiences. • IFRS17 knowledge preferred. • MG ALFA knowledge is a plus.
