Technical Program Manager, Security Operations

Our client, Sea Grass Services Limited requires the services of a Technical Program Manager, Security Operations. The successful candidate will be required to use their technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. They will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Duties and responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security programs and operational procedures for cable landing stations, including physical, personnel, and cybersecurity measures, risk assessments, incident response, and personnel management. Lead vulnerability management processes, including identification, prioritization, and remediation, and develop intelligence collection plans to analyze and disseminate threat information, producing timely assessments, and proactive mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS), and conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including management, law enforcement, and vendors, fostering collaboration. Provide security reports, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance and staying updated on industry trends. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. 5 years of experience in cable planning and repair coordination in a network operations center/context. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or equivalent industry experience. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, CPP, PSP). Knowledge of security regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS). 7 years of experience in security management, with 5 years of experience in critical infrastructure protection. 3 years of experience managing complex security programs or projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong organizational and execution skills. Experience with crisis management, rapid incident response, government intelligence, financial ncial systems, or telecommunications security, with a focus on intelligence analysis.
