Marine Operations Manager

Crisson Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead a skilled team and manage daily operations for a variety of marine infrastructure projects, including docks, pile driving, and structural concrete work. This position requires hands-on leadership with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine or heavy civil construction and a solid understanding of field operations and project management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, including labor, equipment, and materials Support the Project Manager in all phases of marine construction projects, from planning through execution Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and proposals Supervise and coordinate activities including pile driving and structural concrete Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all operations Allocate resources effectively and maintain clear communication with clients and crews Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation Coordinate with clients, port authorities and regulatory agencies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience in marine or heavy land construction Strong leadership and project management skills Knowledge of marine construction methods and practices The ability to drive boats and move barges Familiarity with safety regulations and field supervision Engineering knowledge is an asset
