Tech Support, Infrastructure Engineer

Talcott is seeking a qualified individual to join its technology support team, offering comprehensive assistance to employees across both local and international offices. The primary work location for this role will be Bermuda, with reporting responsibilities to the Connecticut TechBar team. The position acts as a point of contact for employee technology and infrastructure requirements, providing support throughout Talcott's global operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in areas which may include: information technology, technology support or related fields) Strong working knowledge of computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, Zoom Rooms, Audio Visual setups, and various software applications Completion of a technology degree or comparable certifications such as MCP, ACMT, CompTIA A+ or ITIL Experience working with and administering configuration management platforms (i.e., Ivanti, Intune, etc.) Demonstrated ability to interact and coordinate with all levels of an organization Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on positive outcomes Readily able to multi-task in an environment with shifting priorities Creative, solutions-focused mindset NOTE* 15-20% Travel is required for this role to the United States
