Director Of Finance/accounts Assistant

Rosedon Hotel is growing and we are adding the following positions to our accounts team. DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Responsible for leading the financial management. Key responsibilities will include budgets, forecasting, cashflow management, P&L, balance sheet, payroll. You will drive financial strategy ensuring compliance and work as part of a small team. You must hold a recognised qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) and have significant post qualification experience in a hotel environment. Deadline: 7th September 2025 ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Supporting the finance team; key duties will include all reconciling, journals, tracking guest spend, audits, AP ledgers, AR ledgers and more. You must be able to work as part of a small team. You should have at least three years' experience in hospitality finance and be familiar with PMS/POS plus excel including basic formulas. You must be highly organised.
