Little Learners is seeking a Qualified, Infant / Toddler Deputy to be a lead member of staff to guide, train, teach and execute school program and assessment accordingly with our littlest learners. Working positively in a busy and high demanding position and maintaining professional decorum. Applicant must be able to manage support staff, know how to communicate well with co-workers and parents in keeping a calm, happy and peaceful environment. The ability to follow a set program and be flexible in the appropriate areas based on the needs of the children. Update parents in accordance with school program with developmental progress as required. Keep and follow all school policies as a lead staff member and be able to work professionally under pressure.

Requirements

Must be qualified in ECE and have a good knowledge base. Applicant must hold all required qualifications for (CCRP) Childcare Regulations Program; a bachelor's degree, qualifiable certificates / diploma in ECE with a focus of experience on infants and toddlers. At least 2 years of experience in teaching. A great timekeeper, professional attitude and demeanour.
