Experienced Welder Fitter

Successful candidates must have at least 7 to 10 years' experience with GMAW, proficient in TIG, Arc, FCAW welding processes; welding and fitting steel, carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Must be able to fit/fabricate components into a weldment using blueprints, proficient at blueprint reading and ability to read and interpret weld symbols. Must be able to confidently operate Shear, oxy/acet, hand plasma cutting, band saw, c-punches. Must have job shop experience and hold qualifications which would satisfy the National Certifications & Occupations Act. Must be able to pass a welding test and read a welding procedure sheet. Must be comfortable with heights and contorted positions. Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as projects demand. Must have good English communication skills.
