KEMS Services Bermuda, an agency specializing in residential and commercial cleaning as well as care giving services for both children and adults. The supervisor will manage a portfolio of clients, assist in the team selection process, train and monitor performance, and coordinate scheduling. The role includes deep cleaning, caregiving, and organizing domestic services for clients across various locations. The supervisor will ensure proper procedures and adherence to industry standards, while interacting professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in the cleaning/caregiving industry, understanding of industry guidelines, and experience in team leadership. Must be proficient in communication, cleaning standards, and possess organizational skills. Applicants should have CPR/First Aid certification, SCARS training preferred, and must own transportation.
