Requirements
Minimum required qualifications, skills and experience: 10 years' experience in residential and commercial construction. Track record of excellent masonry and carpentry work. Proven experience of managing large scale projects in excess of $2.5 million. Thorough knowledge of building materials and practices. Track record of success in management/supervisory roles. Valid drivers license and own transportation. Excellent time management and reliability, with availability to work overtime when required. All employees are subject to random drug testing to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Salary
