Pro-Finish Contracting Ltd. c/o IACS requires Senior Maintenance Persons with 4 years proven experience in both residential and commercial painting and have expertise in home repair, maintenance and remodeling, familiarity with painting tools and equipment, ability to handle heavy physical workload, comfortable working at heights, and ability to do basic drywall repairs. Duties will include but not limited to: Construction of scaffolding, able to use high lifts, plumbing, electrical installation, flooring repair and installation, upgrades to bathrooms and kitchens and to evaluate customer requests/trouble shoot issues. HVLP/Airless spraying, carpentry experience will be favorably considered. Must have a Bermuda driver's license or be willing to obtain one. Must be able to work overtime as required. The company maintains a drug free work place.
