Seeking experienced Cleaners, Supervisors, and Maintenance Technicians for Commercial and Residential services. Duties include heavy duty cleaning using chemicals, floor and carpet steam cleaning, kitchen and restroom cleaning, waste removal, and equipment maintenance. Supervisor roles include directing and training staff. Maintenance roles include property maintenance work such as painting, repairs, power washing, and minor landscaping. Staff must be willing to work flexible hours and be on-call.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years work experience in cleaning/maintenance. Must be able to lift & move heavy items. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety requirements. Clean police clearance certificate required. Ability to work flexible hours, early mornings, nights, weekends and/or public holidays. Pre-employment drug testing required. Clean and neat appearance.
