Healthcare Solutions Ltd. is seeking three (3) Full-Time / Part-Time Caregivers to join our community and homecare team. Must be Bermudian, Spouse of Bermudian or have PRC. Must be available for weekdays and weekends for all nursing shifts - days, evening and nights. Key Duties and Responsibilities include providing high-quality client care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, monitoring and observing client condition, reporting changes promptly, accurately documenting care and observations, communicating effectively with the healthcare team, and upholding client dignity, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience include: Bermuda Health Council registration (required), Bermuda Nursing Council registration (if applicable), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum 3 years’ caregiving experience with complex health clients, strong clinical knowledge, communication, documentation, and basic computer skills, experience with electronic care systems an asset. Must be Bermudian, Spouse of Bermudian or have PRC, and must be available for weekdays and weekends for all nursing shifts - days, evening and nights.
