Assistant Hospitality Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hospitality Project Manager to support and execute hospitality renovation and construction projects. The candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality settings. Responsibilities include: managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and teams, handling RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily reports, as well as reporting deviations to the Hospitality Project Manager, optimizing material estimation and procurement, and facilitating clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in reading blueprints are required. Experience with project management software like Procore or MS Project is essential. The position requires flexibility to work extra hours and weekends, as needed, to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in luxury spaces.
