Front Desk Agent/concierge

Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, reliable, professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent/Concierge. To provide our guests and customers with all aspects of front desk and concierge service in a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner. To ensure work area and equipment is clean, organized and well looked after. To assist the Front Office Team to ensure all aspects of Departmental standards (including safety & hygiene) and service expectations are met, if not exceeded. To coordinate and work well with other departments towards the good of the Resort. Directly reports to the Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager.

Requirements

Minimum two years recent hotel experience in this or a similar position. Computer skills required. Must be reliable, well organized with a warm, outgoing personality.
