The Mid-Atlantic Boat and Sports Club is seeking a professional and personable full-time bartender to join and lead a dynamic member service team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in bar operations, leadership and management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse membership base. As a frontline ambassador for the club, the Bartender will embody and promote the club’s values and ethos while delivering exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for the members and their guests. An appreciable benefits package will be available.

Requirements

Current TIPS Certification, Minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy bar, club, or hospitality environment, Proven knowledge of bar operations and stock control, Experience with staff leadership, development, and management practices, Professional, pleasant, and approachable demeanor, Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during major sporting, social, or community events.
