Our client, ALM Construction Ltd. is seeking Top Grade Masons, who are highly proficient in all areas of masonry for both commercial and residential projects, with the ability to read and interpret instructions, work from plans, blueprints and specifications. Be experienced and knowledgeable in the use of all masonry tools, techniques and materials used in the trade. Ability to produce high quality finishes to all substrates, including setting out, laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, concrete placement, slating and formwork. Must be a skilled mason with at least 5 years experience in all aspects of masonry and have a good manual dexterity, sufficient to perform a full range of masonry functions by hand or with electrical machines or trade equipment. Must be reliable and fit to carry out all duties. Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays when needed. Punctuality and the ability to work without supervision and under pressure of strict deadlines are required. Candidates will require a background check.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years proven experience in all areas of masonry for both commercial and residential properties. Good manual dexterity to perform masonry functions by hand or with electrical machines. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor in dealing with co-workers and clients. Reliability and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Punctuality and ability to work without supervision under pressure are required.
