RoofTops Ltd. is seeking full-time skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Personnel able to carry out a wide range of duties. Identify grasses, plants and shrubs, properly prune trees and hedges, perform tree surgery, resurface lawns, create and maintain flower beds, correct weed and insect control procedures, installation/ maintenance of driveways, walkways, walls, patios, fences, structures, shaded areas, buildings and irrigation systems, experience in general property and building maintenance including fixing, building, installing, prepping, painting, demolishing and cleaning to ensure properties are maintained and visually appealing, able to work independently with minimum supervision, physically strong enough to carry out daily duties, available to work public holidays and weekends. Minimum of 5 years' proven experience. Must have a valid Bermuda driver's license with a clean driving record or be an experienced driver willing to obtain a Bermuda driver's license. Clean criminal record. Clean drug test. First aid and CPR qualification.
