Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, risk management, or a related discipline; possession of, or active pursuit of an internationally recognised actuarial qualification (e.g. FIA/FFA or FCAS); minimum of seven (7) years of experience in risk management preferably in the (re)insurance sector or financial services sector with exposure to capital modelling, exposure management or outward reinsurance; understanding of reinsurance operations, including underwriting, claims and financial processes; experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, policies and related documentation; proven understanding of capital modelling and exposure accumulation to support robust second-line oversight of these processes; strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for insurers, particularly Class 4 reinsurers in Bermuda.Salary
