The Senior Manager ERM - Risk & Portfolio Strategy reports to the Chief Risk Officer and provides independent oversight of the company's portfolio strategy, focusing on governance across capital modelling, exposure management, outward reinsurance, and model risk.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, risk management, or a related discipline; Minimum ten years of experience with demonstrated leadership in portfolio strategy, capital efficiency, and model risk governance; Understanding of reinsurance operations including underwriting, claims, and financial processes.
