Exclusive Group of Companies is seeking a full time and short-term Senior Florist to work in a busy retail/events design company in Bermuda at our two locations. The position entails a quick imaginative person who has the ability to perform the following: hand tied bridal bouquets, vase arrangements, wedding flowers and event centerpieces. Candidates must speak fluent English, and be confident in dealing with clients face to face and on the phone. Applicant must have a certification in floristry Level 3 and a minimum of 8 years experience in the creative field, especially in event concept and floral design.

Requirements

• Certification in floristry • A minimum of 8 years experience in the creative field, especially in event concept and design • Attention to detail, critical thinking, creative ability, and willingness to do ‘whatever it takes’ to achieve the project objective • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure • Exceptional organization, communication and project/time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Able to work overtime, nights and weekends • A floral certification is required for this position of Level 3 and above.
