Manage a broad range of HR duties for various HR programs and initiatives for the cross-divisional HR Department. The main areas of support are recruitment, probation and performance appraisal tracking and support & corporate event assistance. This dynamic role relies heavily on strong organizational skills, attention to details, sound working relationships and the ability to interact with staff at all levels with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the efficient discharge of duties whilst managing a variety of tasks successfully.

Requirements

Strong technical HR knowledge is essential. A relevant HR certification is preferred. Three years of relevant experience. Exemplary interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. High degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Solid track record of confidentiality and discretion. Exemplary organizational skills. Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Personable, professional and engaging character. High degree of flexibility and adaptability. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines. Highly organized and effective time management skills.
