Requirements vary per position, including experience, certifications, and English proficiency. Common requirements include satisfactory employment references, police background check, and a Bermuda driving license.

Requirements

All positions described above must have at least two recent satisfactory employment references, valid police background check, and a current license to drive four-wheel vehicles and need to maintain a Bermuda driving license within the first 4 weeks of employment. The candidate must be able to work under stressful conditions, stand for long periods at heights, lift persons and materials, and perform other activities related to the role. The successful candidate must be able to work both as a live-out or a live-in based on the clients' requirements. Night, weekends, religious and national holidays, and short-notice assignments are required in both a live-in and live-out setting. You demonstrate the ability and willingness to maintain a cell phone that allows the use of business software and communicate with operations. Compliance with our non-smoking policy while on duty, random substance testing, and job performance checks.
